As part of their continued leadership role in making the conveyancing process more transparent and understandable, The Partnership have launched their new Broker Portal, giving mortgage brokers unparalleled access to case progression information. Typically, it is very time consuming for brokers to check the progress of transactions which usually involves multiple telephone calls to their client’s lawyer.

The role of a mortgage broker in a transaction is a critical one as the ability for clients to secure financing can be key to the success or otherwise of a transaction. The aim of their new Broker Portal is to save time and allow for clear communication by offering live case updates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accompanied by a weekly update summary. Case progression, key milestones and the ability to communicate directly with the lawyer over secure messaging ensures that everyone involved knows what’s going on. In addition, important transaction information such as target exchange and completion dates, service charges, ground rent, lease length and remaining term are also available.

As Peter Ambrose, the Managing Director of The Partnership explains, “This is an important step forward for us in terms of transparency. We now have live agent, broker and client portals which means everyone involved in a case can log in at any time and get an update. We believe this will eliminate the stress involved and keep everyone on the same page.”

The Partnership Broker Portal is available now – contact Danielle or Felicity via email info@thepartnershiplimited.com or call 020 7046 6558 for more information or to organise a demonstration.
