The Partnership swept the board at this year’s ESTAs, winning FIVE awards for service delivery.

The award ceremony, held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane on Friday 14th October 2022, was attended by over 1200 attendees. The audience of agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers, enjoyed the glittering event, which recognises outstanding service within the property industry.  The ESTAs are unique in that all categories are voted for by clients who have actually used the services themselves, rather than submissions.

The Guildford office of The Partnership received the bronze award for the Best Conveyancing Office in the UK category – the first time the company has been recognised for a national ESTAs award.  In addition to this national award, they were awarded Gold for;
Best Conveyancer – South East Region
Best Conveyancer – London Region
Best Local Conveyancer Group in the UK
Best in Country – Surrey

Peter Ambrose, Managing Director of The Partnership says; “I am absolutely delighted to see the entire team recognised for the brilliant work that they do. The last twelve months have been particularly challenging, and everyone has pulled together to deliver first class service on a consistent basis. Transactions have taken longer and have been the most difficult I have witnessed in the last 15 years – to see our approach and commitment validated by our own clients makes me incredibly proud”.
