“Enquiry Explorer for Agents” brings transparency to one of the most challenging aspects of conveyancing – the enquiry stage. Traditionally, agents are kept in the dark about progress in this area, often having to telephone lawyers to try and get an update. As very few lawyers track enquiries effectively, this task is difficult making progressing deals inefficient and time consuming.
With “Enquiry Explorer for Agents” agents using our portal can see how many enquiries are outstanding, which have been addressed and even download a status report for themselves. Having a clearer picture of progress enables them to manage their clients’ expectations more effectively.
