Once more, The Partnership has extended its lead in driving genuine innovation to the conveyancing process with the launch of the latest version of their Agent Portal. In addition to significant design improvements, this new release includes the revolutionary “Enquiry Explorer” launched last year to critical acclaim including winning the Modern Law Awards, Innovation of The Year 2021.

“Enquiry Explorer for Agents” brings transparency to one of the most challenging aspects of conveyancing – the enquiry stage. Traditionally, agents are kept in the dark about progress in this area, often having to telephone lawyers to try and get an update. As very few lawyers track enquiries effectively, this task is difficult making progressing deals inefficient and time consuming.

With “Enquiry Explorer for Agents” agents using our portal can see how many enquiries are outstanding, which have been addressed and even download a status report for themselves. Having a clearer picture of progress enables them to manage their clients’ expectations more effectively. This eliminates misunderstandings as this information is available 24 hours per day so they are finally able to answer clients’ questions directly about how their deal is progressing.

Peter Ambrose, Managing Director, confirms the importance of this new release; “We know how important transparency is to agents and the enquiries part of the conveyancing process is the most problematic. For the first time, our “Enquiry Explorer for Agents” gives agents a unique insight into what questions remain outstanding, enabling them to manage their clients’ expectations much more effectively. This is truly ground-breaking. I am delighted so see that we are, once again, at the leading edge of delivering innovative technology to solve the more difficult problems such as these.”
